January 2013 Catch of the Month

So it took sometime, and we looked over all fish caught in January. There were plenty of winners but we choose one it was hard but we felt this one fit the first Catch of the month best.
The winner is Devil Dog and his son with there Irvine MLK Tourny day. Good job dad get the next generation ready to.

Congrats! Just can't beat family time

Thanks guys I cant think of going fishing without my fishin buddy. My dad taught me and I'm carrying on the tradition with my son, although dad never got into float tubing. This was his second time out in my very old caddis tube which wouldnt stop coming up with new leaks, I know you guys may be saying just buy a new tube, well I would normally but my current situation prevents that. I have to thank "this fool" for helping out with the bladder from his old caddis that fit the one I have.
Hopefully there will be many more pics of us tubing together to post soon.

Bump for February fish of the month...

yep I see to contenders for February a few days left keep fishing

It's odd but we haven't been able to get out there this month, wanted to go to Irvine again for presidents day weekend (which is also my son's bday the 18th), but my check didn't come in until late saturday afternoon , wife had some stuff planned (so I thought) for sunday and well we never went.
Maybe I'll try the local "C ment" hole see if there's anything left from the stocking they did friday afternoon.
