Has anyone tried the hollow ace yet? The thought of knot less line connection seems pretty cool. Thinking about buying some but don't really wanna pull the trigger without knowing much about the product

I have read good things about it but know nothing about it personally. I know long range guys use it and some fly fishing guys use a set up like this as well. I haven't seen or heard of a local guys fishing for bass use it yet. Buy it and let us know lol

I would use Jerry Brown hollow core spectra vs the power pro. Jerry Brown is a much smoother line and a better quality product. You will need a daho needle to feed the mono into the specta, which is an extra expense approx $20 for the needle.
