PB Spotted Bay Bass on Fool's Bait

So, I'm seriously hooked on Fool's Bait!  I went to the LAB again and fished from the rocks (I will fish the tube next trip).  My new shipment of Fool's Baits came in the mail yesterday just in time for this morning.  I got to the spot and I caught 5 short halibut on the lil mack and ghost shrimp, a short sand bass on ghost shimp, and my PB Spottie of 15" and it weighed about 2 lbs.  I caught it in the ghost shrimp color.   I was actually walking back to my car and just did the "one more cast thing" WHEN I CAUGHT THE SPOTTIE!

I use an octopus hook I think it is size 1 or 1/0, I can't remember and a drop shot sinker in 1/4 oz. I bought the sinkers at walmart for like $1.77 for a pack of 5 or something like that. Just cast out and bounce your weight off of the bottom slowly as you reel in.

Very cool great job on the PB with the Fools Baits we need to get the word out there about these great baits.

so you reel in the bait like a big hammer and bounce it up and down? and when you rig it do u put the hook first then the weight.

you can put them on a jig head and jig it. Keep popping it while slowly reeling it in, or do the pop pop pop pause reel in thing.

They are also really awesome on the drop shot. If you can get away with it just nose hook it with a size 1 hook. Nose hooking the bait gives it a lot more action then weedless. If weedless is the only way then a size 1 weedless hook is the best option.

Here is proof that these baits work on the 1/4 darter lead head.

try the shaky head on head in 1/4 and 1/8 ounce too. that bait looks good fishy.
