Newport tubing session and PW fish...ha ha ha

I met up with Jordan (Bobinator238) for the morning to tube Newport.  Had advise to fish by the PCH bridge, which does not appear to have been the best place to launch.  When we launched, it was like a screaming river and we had to kick hard to get around a corner. When we did get around the corner, it was very calm around the docks.  I missed several bites before catching a few fish.   As you read in Jordan's report, here is the picture of my personal worst fish or the smallest fish I have ever caught:

Then I caught a spottie and even though it is a short spottie, I love the picture.

I caught my fish both on the drop shot fools bait hawg seekers in Jack o' Lantern and Spicy Booger.

way to go on the personal worst jeremy! maybe next time we can try for pb instead

I have to admire the little rascals gumption tho.

Me and that little fish are a lot alike. I really want to order the 24oz cut rib eye steak but I know I can't finish it, but I sure will give it a try...
