Hey guys I just picked up a float tube a couple days ago. I have not used it yet I live in Santa Clarita and I fish lmb. Or whatever is biting. I joined the site for tube information and to discuss fishing with other members.

I got a stearns tube. The only place I know to use it is the castaic lagoon. So would be cool to see where else there is to use them. And also I would like to get some pole holders on it.

Hi and welcome newby myself. Tons of info and mods on this forum. For rod racks check out the mod section, Wiseguy makes some that look really good.

I'm not from the west or the south. Here in the frozen tundra of Mich, I've never seen people use float tubes. Have you heard of any that do.

I know we have members all over, and there are plenty in areas with freeze outs. I know they tube when the weather permits. Can I also suggest maybe looking at a Pontoon boat, less water contact might mean earlier time on the water.
