SFD 3/29/2015

Hit up SFD for my bday. Caught a 1.5 lber on the backside of the big island across from the boat ramp using a 3/8 oz green pumpkin chatterbait with a KVD swim n shiner trailer. Had a bloody tail and slimy butt, clearly spawning.

Fished for another 45 minutes over to the islands in the NW corner, snagged my chatterbait, popped it loose, it flew 20 yards back at me and the hook landed SQUARELY in my tube's left bladder. Had to get out and hoof it back to the car. Crappy way to end, but was glad to knock the skunk off!
