This has been discussed many times. But throwin it out there again for noobs and general discussion.

I used to do albrights, back to back uni.

Now I am strictly RP and FG knots. Sooo easy...so smooth through the guides. So strong.

Whats your line to line? Anything new? How fast can you tie it?
Have you been tryin some thing new layely?

For those of you who might not know what Waxon means by RP knot, that is the royal polaris knot.

Here you guys go!

I go to RP before the FG. Just a little easier for me especially if I need to retie on the yak or tube.

Are you saying corporate thugs don't need to tie knots? Hard to believe!

I'm a fan of the RP myself. Same reason Waxon likes it.

RP knot FTW bro.... It's easy to tie and also the smallest connector knot amongst the other ones as well.

crazy alberto is my go to knot for joining lines. It is really just a shortened albright that is wound back up upon itself. When the line is trimmed properly, it doesn't catch the guides (like as close as possible trim). Pretty quick to tie for me. The GT knot is by far the best one, it just takes a while to do and I'm never able to get it to look all nice and clean.
