Well it’s almost been a year since my surgery and still recovering, and my fiancé invited me out to go fishing on lake Poway yesterday.
I was so stoked when she invited me to go fishing, to pay for my aluminum boat rental ($22) and my daily fishing permit ($3).
I don’t have all my gear down here yet so this is the best I can do for now.
We didn’t catch anything but it still felt good to be on the water getting my line soaked again.
We did happen upon a local which was caught and released.
