I just finished up a two-week stretch on the graveyard shift; from 2000 hrs until 0630 hrs the next day, so I hurried home and off-loaded all of my work related stuff and I immediately loaded-up all of my fishing stuff instead of listening to my body and going to sleep. There's nothing like sleep deprivation!
I made the 12-mile ride over to LAB with two cups of coffee and a pocket full of positive enthusiasm.
I had my feet wet at 0745 hrs and back on the dry sand by 1315 hrs.
I covered the entire LAB loop in the clock-wise direction, crossing the main channels three times, covering a distance of 2.64-miles and burning 646-calories (if I had been walking rather than kicking with fins, probably more with fins).

I had a great time on Saturday and I had the opportunity to speak with some very nice people out there as well.
I didn't encounter; nor see, any other float tuber's out there. Where is everyone?
Fish landed:
(1) short 18" Halibut,
(4) short Spotty's best 11 3/4"
Here ya go ....
