LAB 4-8-19 Monday Ninja session

Went out with my buddy last night. Launched from 69th street around 6pm. It was weird laucnhing in the daylight..LOL fished the yatch club wall and the entrance to the club but nothing. The sun was still out so the fish were still a little shy. Kicked across the channel and started fishng the rock and still no bites, The sun started to set around 7 and that is when i got my first fish, a little 10 inch spottie. Then ten minutes later hooked a fish that pulled some drag nut let go of my bait, threw my jig in hte same place and got hooked up again this time landing a nice 14 inch spottie. There was a lot of bait fish in the water, took out the garmin striker 4 and i tell you at night when you see those big marks on the screen it makes you think whats down there...LOL. We kicked across to naples where I caught a coule more spotties for a total of 5 fish for the night. The fish were active in that area of naples with the incoming tide. I changed my name to Farmer Toby for the night as I farmed 15 fish on the night. It was a good night. We were off the water by 11. It was a nice five hour session. Sorry no pictures have to get them off my phone. Will post them later today. Thanks for reading and tight lines.
