So I picked up a belated birthday gift curtsy of my loving wife. Nothing major but it's is a saltwater 7/9 line weight reel with sealed bearings. I also got some sinking tip line to spool it up with. Yes, I do, but I have to take it off the reel from the rod. I prefer to have a one piece rod and reel combination sleeve, so I wouldn’t have to completely disassemble.

I have a 8 weight rod that has a reel and floating line already, this will be for my sinking tip line on the same rod till I can get a new rod. I am looking for a 7 weight now.
