[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] his fish was taken from the harbor patrol office in dana point harbor i got skunked that day and my son landed this one and a couple of perch im a proud daddy Hanapa'a all his catches were caught on strips of squid i was using swim baits keeping my other eye on him

He means that is where is son caught the fish "by the harbor patrol station", not that harbor patrol took the fish from him.
