Barrett 6/28/23..topwater madness

All on top today- poppers, crawlers, LC Sammy's in the trees, and open water wolf packs chasing shad.
Not one bite on the plastic
Getting toasty
Almost had a disaster, ran over a clump of thick moss I did not see, trolling motor seized, tripped my circuit breaker, dead in the water couple miles from launch with building winds.  Had to kick to shore, take off the propeller and clear the muck. Good to go.  Gotta bring a small set of tools next time.
