Newport Question...

So im at this wedding now...turns out its on a boat in NPH....lots if float tubers out today...imusing this time to recon their spots for my next outing here lol


My questionsiis: i accidentally ran through the fast trak lane instead of paying the toll...it was my fault i wasnt paying attention and didnt turn right to pay the toll (before the 55 south). Anybody know the fine dir doing this and if theres a way i can somehowttell somebody my sob story and just pay the fee? Figured somebody would now as theres a ton of NPH tubers here...im sure one of you has had this problem before.

As long as you didnot pass bison you don't have to pay. If you got off at jam or Mac don't worry about it!

No im pretty sure i went by the toll and through the fast trak. Last time (yes i did it before) i got a ticket and tbey said i could have paid it the next day...but this was if you went through the actual toll without paying not the fast trak ir whatever its called.

And i wonder if it was any of you i saw today...probably say 8+ tubers out there today.

If I recall it is not a huge fine, like $30-$60 unless they run your plates and see you are a repeat offender that has done it a few times.

If it was me I would call or email the toll company and tell them what happend, it was a honest mistake and you want to make things right. They might let you slide or just hit you with what ever the toll was for coiming foreward about it.

I did what you did one year (I was too busy talking and did not notice I was entering a toll road...I waited for a bill and it ended up on my registration renewal and cost me more than it should have. That's the short story...

I checked online and it says if you have a past violation you cant get a "waiver". Well ive had one before literally 3.5+ years ago....

I tried to pay it anyways but when i submit the form it says "enter violatiin date". Well there isnt a spot for me to enter the date. Good one california! You earned $60+ from a hard working citizen who made an honest mistake. Glad you were able to screw me over....do it to every other resident and maybe you will get out of debt....

My wife had the samething happen to here a few years back. Get it paid for it does go up if it is not paid, that one hurt us at the time.

best thing to do is to pay it dont let them get you for anything more

Pay it as soon as you can before they start racking up late payments
