Originally I wanted to upload the video with the report but my computer took a dump on me and I couldn't access the file without my computer freezing on me.
I took some advice from people more experienced with computers than myself and went from 4GB of RAM to 8GB and it made a huge difference in how fast my computer is with video editing.
Unfortunately the file that I put A TON of work into still won't open.....so I started from scratch. In a way it's a good thing because my original video would have been over 6 minutes long and filled with more random shots than action shots. It also doesn't help that I only caught a sculpin and 1 legal hali that day...pretty slow even for DPH.
Hope you enjoy the video...nothing special bit it's a stepping stone for me. I'm hoping to make some really cool stuff in the future....not on the Team Basstic level but just something fun to watch.
I bet you can recognize my spot too....never caught a hali there before and was about to call it a day when I landed this guy close to my launch spot.
Because of my computer problem I didn't add:
A sick driving time lapse from my house (Camp Pendleton lol) to Hogan's bait and Tackle
Clips of me gearing up...putting the waders on...booties..etc.
Rigging bait....prettymuch showing how to rig live bait on a trap rig
a clip of a pelican who decided my bait with trebles in it was edible
Have a good weekend!
