looking to try tubing newport harbor for the first time i'm experienced on freshwater but have never tried saltwater looking for some tips or are there any regulations i need to know about any imput will help thanks

Just get out to a sandy beach and get your gear wet, not much to it. Of course watch out for the Sharks affraid NO just pay attention to the current as and keep your eyes open for all the boat traffic other than that get out there and have a great time.
