trying to buy a Cumberland from CoverBonanza but was a fail?!?!

So i finally got my chance and decided to give CoverBonanza a call to set up an order for my Cumberland ive been wanting for so long.. So i call about over 10 times, maybe once or twice every 30 minutes and just couldn't get a hold of anyone. So about a few hours later after running errands and stuff i finally get a chance to call again and someone finally picks up after about 3 calls. They pick up saying "This is CoverBonanza how can I help you?" I Replied "Im calling from the Float Tube Fishing Forum trying to set up an order for a Cumberland" and he said "What? A Forum? Which forum is that?" So In my head im wondering oh man, is the deal still available. So i ask him, "People that are a member of FTFF usually get a 15% off discount which is why i called" , He said "Ive never heard of it and i don't see any 15% discounts sorry" so he tries to get a hold of someone else to see what i was talking about but no one was available cause he said there were only 2 people working and the other guy is in a meeting but i should call again tomorrow to see if i can get a hold of the other guy. So that was it, I couldn't set up the order... I guess tomorrow will be worth a try again. So the question is can we still get the 15% off? lol

KG when you ring CB ask to speak with Shuyler who should be able to help you out. Although I did not purchase my Cumberland from them as postage was a killer, i found Shuyler extremely helpful to the point where he really went out of his way to help.

ohh i see, alright thanks for the help!! gonna give it a try again tomorrow. I think Shuyler must of been in the meeting at the time. Cause he was trying to get someone else but he told me he was in a meeting so i couldn't do much plus i called around 3:30 or so and didn't know that CB hours closes at 4 so i couldn't do much.

I will shoot CB an e-mail keep trying as I am busy at work most of the day, but I will see what I can do on my end.
