HI all! from lake isabella!

hey all!
long time no see!
we have been running in circles here lately. we have got the lake isabella bass club up & running!
matt & i are directors for anglers choice here on isabella.
& life in general just seems to demand more & more of our time!
after a few P.M.s from kevin thought i would share our day today with you, along with a reminder... suck up those straps on the P.F.D!! so glad we did!

we went out this a.m., took our 6 yr. old grand daughter.
first thing this morning she did a header outta the boat!
thank god for life jackets!!!
she was cold & wet but no worse for the wear.
after her mom brought some dry clothes...
we caught about 30 crappie, took home 9 for dinner.
matt spent most of the day on bass,he hooked 7, a couple were 3+ lbs.
Rowan caught a small bass, ALL by her self.
& i ended up with 2 the larger was about 2 lbs.
home for lunch & a nice nap.
then crappie for dinner!
a very nice day all together.

OUCH !! i am soooo glad to hear your
grandaughter survived the header out of the boat that is exactly why my 8 yr old son wears his life jacket when anywhere near the water safety safety safety it really pays off
yesterday when we were at paradise and the wind picked up we drifted from the west point back towards the campground
at a pretty good clip my son had his life jacket on properly and i was confident that should he flip his tube or get blown east before i could get to him he would be fine should he hit the water

sounds like you were on good fishing as myself and my son were the bite is pretty good right now and im glad i have had the time to go get those little gamesters

SHPB so nice to hear you guys are still plugging away, keep up the good work on the fish and the lake isabella bass club. Your Granddaughter now has a very interesting to share with her friends. But so glad she is ok after her swimming. So glad to hear from you, keep in touch and let us now how the Bass Club does for you guys.
