The competition was a success! Thanks to everyone that showed up and some that made the long drive, very much appreciated.  The weather was nice and overcast most of the day and alot caught fish and some went home with the stripe!

Congratz to LOLLY on the win with a nice 9lb. 4oz halibut at 30.5"!  Here are the photos I took.  Hope some of you can chime in with your fish porn.  Until next time!

Ya that is a killer spot bro i am.still waiting for something more than a 2lber that is my best. I think i had it yesterday but i lost it when it broke me off at the knot.

I got the hali on a one ounce reebs spinner bait in sexy shad with no trailer on it. I was just slow rolling over an eel grass bed. I was targeting bass since I've never pulled a decent hali out of nph. I had already pulled a few bass with this technique so I just stuck with it.
