I have mostly been riding track as its closer to home and a lot harder. I'll ride just about anywhere. May go to ocatillo wells next month for the weekend

Miller's right! I'm still able to do both. Now I'm just trying to do both at the same time! It's a workout for sure

I weighed 228 at the beginning of Jan 2012 lost 14lbs from jan to july by giving up burgers in july i started working out, running at the gym 3 days a week then upping it to 4 days a week, from last year to today ive lost between 50-58 lbs....with the below, good luck guys, wish this would of happened last year lol

AM bananna, apples
1pm hit the gym for 2 miles
145pm, eat a big lunch
7-8 big shake bananna strawberries....
and do it over again the next day, takes alot of dedication but doable.....

Weekends eat what i want lol weekdays thats my workout

Good work. Looks like you leaving us in the dust. Lol. Got some weight training in finally got my fat ass to go and run a few miles. My dog really help push me today. Trying to get over the hump is a pain. Once the wheels are rolling I'm golden.

Just to make sure you guys don't hit the dietary crash later, make sure to download an app for your phone to keep track of your caloric intake. Remember guys, we're not trying to do a caloric crash, and pay for the fallout later. Based on the guy's average height of 5'8", even though you're desk jockey as your job, make sure to consume up to 1600 calories as a baseline. If you don't, you'll have muscle fatigue, muscle loss, and loose skin. Been down that road many times over with friends and families.

Weight loss and getting in shape is a marathon, not a sprint. It's great to start strong when you're thinking about it all the time, but over time it's good to pace yourself and set goals you know you can meet even when busy.

Disclaimer: I've got a gut in real life, but on TV I play the role of a very fit personal trainer. My advice may be good only in my own mind. Wink
