Passing the knowledge on trout jigging 1/18/2015

Hey what's up everyone, well here is another video report, A few weeks ago I was messaged on Facebook If I was willing to teach a guy on how to jig for trout so that he  and  his son can spend time together jigging for trout. I agreed right away to do so  , so we met at a local tackle shop where he bought everything he needed for himself and his son. I told him that we would meet at a local lake when ever they where ready and that I was not going to stop teaching them till they learned how to jig and handle hooked fish on 2lb test line. So today was their first session and I'll say for being a slow day, it turned out to be a good day with smiles In another note, I miss my Float Tube  but I know I will be back on it this weekend coming up

That's is so awesome that you help them get on some fish and reach them some techniques. Great job on the video, I need to get an action camera! Thanks for sharing.

Do you think that the lake is better fishing this year as to prior years? I have fished it a few time in he past but I have only caught trout my past few visits.

Thank you Wes, I know the young kid stayed thirsty for more and wanted to go back out the following day but his pops told him, "this was only the first of many outings that we are doing son so don't worry" I thought that was awesome.

Cool Chris, way to pass on the knowledge...Hands On, especially to the youngsters! Im sure they will never forget. Jigging can take some patients, confidence & practice...Stick-to-itiveness (as Jeff would put it)

Thank you Pacifico, and yes it does take some patients and that's what I always say, always take your time on presenting the jig properly so that its irresistible to the trout. stick-to-itiveness..... I like that I'm gonna have to borrow that. Once again thanks bro.

Thank you very much for them kind words red1952ford . I love fishing and when I help others see fishing the way I do, It makes it that much better
