What happened to Prado Lake??

Does anyone know why the lake was drained? What happened to the fish? There was some big bass in there! I guess it's a lure hunter's heaven right now!

They have drained the lake todo repairs to an underground pipeline that runs through the middle of the lake and controls the water level for prado lake and the duck hunting ponds south of that lake .. they will be open again i belive the 12th and they are stalking double the ammount of trout and the first catfish stalking they will do the same .. this is all according to the employees that work there they informed me last saturday that it was the last day to fish for 2 weeks untill repairs are completed..

Also stalking bass from Tennessee or flordia before they reopen.. FYI sorry its early ..

There was a OCR race (Battlefrog) on that weekend that I ran in and saw first hand how empty the lake was. Should've brought my camera and took pictures to locate where the structures were.
