Wuttup fellow tubers! My name is Jason and I'm glad to have found this forum. My first passion is surf fishing, but when the surf action slows down or I want to change it up, I like to break out the float tube. I own 2 float tubes, a Fish Cat 4 Deluxe and a Caddis Nevada. The FC is my main ride and the Caddis was a budget tube I picked up for inviting guests.
I've only float tubed NPH and LAB for SBB, Sandies and Halibut. I love fishing new places and hope to learn about other areas on this forum. I've yet to do any FW fishing in my tube only because its quite a drive to any of the major lakes. I would love to land a nice Striper from my tube. If anyone specializes in this, let me know!
Lately, I've been doing a lot of lurking around here, mostly because I have not been able to fish much and have had nothing to report. I usually post on another fishing board and it's good to see some familiar screen names on here. Looking forward to fishing and meeting with some of you soon.
