Now, there is a Bodin Co.,that makes boudin. Also, bodin is the name for sausage from more than one country.

Now, here's what I do: Chop green bell pepper, onion, tomato, garlic and parsley Add bbq sauce,water, boudain, cover and simmer.

So, why "boudain"? Because that's what Zummos calls it.
