FTFF Gathering Officer



I am heading in september to the Bridgeport, Twin Lakes area of Mono county and then doing a 4 day backpacking trip into the hoover wilderness..

Where do you recommend I break out the float tube before the pack trip? Which lake? Where do you recommend I launch from and fish near... looking for some help... thanks

Any recommended patterns or lures for the fall...

not REAL familiar with that area, I know that Little Virginia is a great place to tube but I haven't hit many others North of the June loop.

Check in with the tackle shop in Bridgeport and see if Kirman lake is on...I've seen Brookies the size of footballs come out of there. I might be wrong buy I think a small leach pattern is the ticket

Little Virginia Lake is a cool lake to tube. There's also Lundy Lake.
