Help with Accessories for Dave Scaddon Rampage Pontoon Boat

I have acquired a slightly used Dave Scaddon Rampage Pontoon boat (have yet to get it in the water). I am looking for the following...
1) Electric air pump to fill the pontoons (to connect to my car cigarette lighter
2) Frame to attach an electric motor
3) Electric motor and battery

I would appreciate the forums suggestions as I am looking to get the Rampage Pontoon Boat out on a lake in the next month or so.

Thanks in advance for any advice.
