RECON MISSION At ISLE GRISSOM, Sat 12-22-2018.
This was my 66th Float Tube session for the 2018 Season.
I always like to take a few minutes before each session to calm my thoughts and to remember to give thanks, for being so BLESSED for having such good health and for this opportunity of being here today ... enjoying the water, all of it's abundance and to take-in the breath taking sunrise of each morning's session .... amen!
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
The weather was cold, damp and the sky's were a dense fog, the air was a chilly 58 degrees on the water and it eventually warmed-up to a brisk 62 degrees by 12:00 hrs with lots of clouds, the water conditions were experiencing an IC and then an OG tide and the fishing on the other hand was very tough all day long! ... we fished along the jetty walls, the flats, the boat docks and then outside the jetty wall and we also circumnavigated Isle Grissom because they were not on the chew! ... but we were still able to find a few of them that would come out and play!
I had a great time fishing with Enrique and Robert today and I look forward to our next session men!
PS ... Enrique landed a HUGE TOAD of a Sandy today! WTG Brotha!
