LAB on a Monday Night

Me and a buddy hit up LAB. Launched from the same spot on 69th street. Launched around 730. The tide was coming in. It was about as high as I have seen it. Fished the Yacht Club and caught the skunk buster on a ZMan black and blue micro finesse jig with a Whacken Baits black with red flake dub grub. We kicked around the corner and went up by the jetty and Ballast Point. Fished some open water and got one bite but no fish. Kicked across the channel and worked our way back along the docks for a few more fish. Then we hit the corner where the docks end by the marina and this corner had a bunch of fish. We caught Majroity of the fish in this spot. They bit Gulp Shrimp and the HUB in Red Crab. Had to fish the 1/8 ounce beause the 1/4 HUBs were sinking to fast and getting hung up in the rocks. The second time this year I got the bass trifecta. We ended the night aroiund 2am. I had 19 total fish 12 sandbass, 5 spotties and 2 calico bass. My buddy had 20+ fish. It always nice when the fish cooperate. Thanks for reading and Tight lines.
