Okay sorry for the late report, I was having PC issues...
Got to the lake around 7:30 AM and I was on the water by 8:00, did not get my first fish until 9:30.
It was a slow but steady bite until around 11:00 when everyone took a lunch break...including the fish.
The bite picked up again around 1:30 and lasted until it got to dark and cold to stay on the water (around 4:00?)
Anyway my total for the day was around a dozen landed with another four or five farmed, I kept four to give to a co-worker.
Nice quality fish, all in the 2lb range with a couple of hookjaws in the mix, saw several 4 to 7lbrs on other peoples stringers, most of mine were on jigs but three were on trout worms.
The two trout worm colors were Bubble Gum and Flo Orange, the jigs were various shades of pink and Red and towards the end of the day White with an orage tail.
Spent the day near the launch ramp and in the flats, water clarity was surprising for LNL... maybe three feet.
