What is your favorite Camp site, do you have some pictures of your favorite site and what makes it that place you cannot wait to get to.

For me I have to say Camp Switzerland on the SB Mountain, near lake Gregory because that is were I spent most of my summers as a kid growing up. Sorry no Pictures.

Jalama beach California. No reservations so you get lucky or you don't. Great surf fishing. Great hamburgers. The "Jalama Burger" supposed to be the precursor to the "Big Mac" or something like that. Some of the hardest pack you could ever try to drive a stake into. Trust me on this. And you might not get your stake out when you leave!!!

Love it there...right on the beach. Good times...good times...

I have not camped at the beach yet, and I emphazine yet. I don't know what this means but I am just putting it out there.

kern river is my favorite spot but i have not been to many so that probably why

my favorite campground is Jedidiah Smith state park...in the redwoods on the bank of the smith river...its just beautiful there...monster mosquitos lol

favorite Camp site huh, that is a hard one. I have been camping too meny places to think about my favorite.
I would have to say my favorite time I had when camping if this counts as camping is when I have spent a week on a house boat up in lake shasta. I was lucky enough to be able to do this 2 years in a row with my best friends family back in high school.
South of the 5 fwy is good for cold water fish. rainbows, browns steelies etc and north of the 5 fwy is good for your warm water fish. catfish, bass, bluegill etc.

the wild life is just awesome. hand fed deer, seen bald eager fly down grap a fish from the water and got to see a deer swim across the lake.
someday I would like to go back and be able to take my kids as.
I do have pictures but not on the computer and dont have a scaneer.

June lake is another place that is a cool place to camp
Pismo beach is another place as well. you can ride dirt bike on the sand and surf fish
Glamis dunes is another awesome place if your into dirt bikes etc.
(great party seen on holidays )

My fav camp site is two harbors and hermit gulch. bouth on catalina island. Spear fishing,diving and clubing at night!! the chicks there are very chilled!

USED to be Huntington Lake but after last October June lake is favorite now, wife and I were up there for 5 days fished June 3 days convict 3 hours and rock creek on the way home 5 day total of trout caught 141, "and that's all I'm gonna say about that"!!!

141 trout in 5 days, not bad not bad at all . Man that is amazing, well done sir I would be going back as well.

The Blue River, here in Southern Oklahoma... Blue River WMA has nice camping areas, and the river itself is full of smallmouth and largemouth bass, catfish, and trout in the winter months. Beautiful area!

I would say lake Isabella an lower pepermint creek camp 9 its the last deepest campsite it gets crazy party atmosphere and fishing in the day fished for bass on the way to and from the kernriver campsite had many good times there.
