So, I did some surf fishing yesterday at Huntington Beach. On the way home, I drove by a kayak company with harbor access right off of PCH. Has anyone ever launched their tube from this spot? The water looked super calm and I did not see any visual current.

Does anyone have any input as to this launching spot?

It has been 8-10 years but, I used that beach to launch the yak.

Easy park in the a.m. easy launch. tons of docks to work.

Another option is the public launch ramp on Warner, just east of PCH. Hidden behind the lifeguard office there. Again, alot of dock work.

Finally, you could just use Sea Bridge Park, which has docks and best access to mouth of harbor. Just plan your fishing day with the tide swing. It is hell kicking against the tide there.

Use sea bridge park it's a lot easier. U park about
5 steps from the water. It's a little muddy though.
If you launch by OEX ( kayak rentals) it's a long kick to the mouth
Of the harbor.

Its a good spot but at high tide you can loose all of the sandy area, also be sure to read the street signs on parking times, I think its 6:00am to 10:00pm there...
