I got a Creek Company U Boat 2000 combo. I couldn't find a bad review for it so I decided it would be the best cheap one.

It is a great starter tube for sure, once you get in the water you wont be able to control yourself, and then you will what another tube and another and a ........................

Yeah I'm hoping ill be able to make this one work for a while. I'm not even 16 yet and don't have much money. That's why I got the one that I did.
