I would say hollow frog .

Now why you would say ? well you think of it this way the average fisherman / lady just does not have the needs or is willing to spend the $$ to insure they are fishing a spinnerbait , U-rig the correct way . Now you can use a hollow frog on a smaller budget and in a lot more situations (weeds, open water, etc) plus its damn cool to watch a bass crush a frog !
