For WPA secured networks, look up "packet injection". For WEP networks, packet capturing. Youll need a wifi compatible card and software called Backtrack (its free) for both methods.
Be sure to "test" your own network. If you forgot your networks SSID, then I suppose find the strongest signal to "test" Red Smile

What is the best WiFi for the money, as far as running multiple devices. Also is there a way to lock it down at night say like a timer feature parenteral controls. You know kids these days I fall asleep and they walk up.

Load sharing internet connection on a PC if I understand your question? hmm... i guess it would depend on your computers resources, CPU, memory etc. Fast internet connection is dependent on your internet speed and of course, the NIC card. When you have multiple browsers open, each browser is its own separate internet session. So you can have a million browsers open, and the speed would still be the same as having one browser open (combined).
As for testing security vulnerabilites, most people have their wifi configured with WPA. Key word here is Packet injection.

Any wifi router can run up to 254+ devices - depending on what IP Address class you use. You can disable internet access via windows, but that gets too complicated. Alot of routers have the feature to block internet at a certain time period. You can even get fancy and block access for only certain computers and not others. I dont know if my router has it, but Ill look into models if you want.

I thought he asked about increasing the resources to increase internet speed (like putting in more memory to increase pc speed).
It would depend on the router I suppose to handle the load balancing. So it is possible. But your average home router wont do that.

If you dont mind spending the money, Id get the Alpha. I havent used one, but I read good things about it. Also, do this on a laptop/pc that you can do without for a couple days. Yeah, it takes a couple days to test!
