Jess Ranch Lakes Gathering

OK guys I am working on this we will be fishing there lake one either late May Or mid June. So I just am looking to see who could do this, it would cost $40 each for an 8 hour day. The lake would be for us and I think we can take 10 people.
I have also talked to Float Tube Fanatics and they are going to donate a FF Mount which will be for the biggest Bass caught that day.   

So guys how is interested in doing this with me Jess Ranch Lakes, FTFF day out on Lake 1.

might be game, need to see how funds will be at that time...its 40 bucks plus gas LOL....but could be doable, hear good things from their.

Ya I have always wanted to try it there is a 4 hour day at $25 and an 8 hour day at $40 just though we would do the 8 hour day to get the most out of the lake.

Ooh.. sounds good to me. Just let us know which weekend would work. I have a few weekends in may that's a no go and the First Sunday of June is out of the question as well. But throw out the dates and i'll see what I can shift around to accomodate.

Jeff I will see what I can Do , but @ $40 a head and catfish season starting it would be cool to take something home lol , I assume your looking @ lake One to fish as that's the only one you can tube with 10 people .. That lake is catch and Release only , and everything you fish with must be barbless ... just a FYI

-it would be cool to hang out with a few new faces where ever , just get us a date if you can

Cool Wes i hope to have a date this week and just so you know this will be there One Lake. This is float tube only no shore fishing and it will be all ours for the day.

Yup lake one is usually set up for that , I just wanna make sure people know that it is in the start of catfish season and lake one is catch and release only ... so $40 maybe a little steep just to go and hang out and catch some fish.

Well I should be talking to Jess Ranch today I will get some more info and pass it along so we can get this one set and ready to go.

OK Jess Ranch Lake is going to happen it will be June 21st. We need 10 people to go max 14 and i will amke the reservation this weekend. It will $40 each to hold your spot more info to come.

If someone has an extra tube you can count me in. I know the prowler is not allowed.

Oh man, well I know I was a 100% on going until that day lol. I will have to pass. That's my wife's and my anniversary lol. Bummed!

I didn't know about the no toons or chest waders rule.

Ive never been to Jess Ranch, but I know guys whove used their toons there

From their site

"Float tube" means a floating device which suspends a single occupant in the water from the seat down and is not propelled by oars, paddles, wind (sail) or motors. You may not use a paddle to assist movement.Float Tubes must be Coast Guard approved. Only one person per tube. No other kind of apparatus is allowed.

maybe just leave the oars and trolling motors behind and the toon is OK?

Down for the 28th, if its to hot and trout arent hitting, rock n roll on the bass, but yeah im good for that day.....
