OK here is an update to the support group, I started this all at 233 and now weight in this morning at 225.
Water water a simp of soda and water water water, go fingure Rolling Eyes

i try to stop drinkin beer but i just cant. nothing tastes as good as beer after a long day working in the sun and dealing with people! i wish there was a smilely drinking beer that would bee cool.
