A little Cumberland Classic Accessories plug

As I was cleaning up my float tube I noticed a little split in the seam on the cover of my Cumberland last Thursday . A closer inspection showed the thread in the seams had broke and was unwinding. ONE phone call to Classic Accessories and the rep gave me an email address and told me to send some pics of the issue, along with my receipt. Which I did immediately.

I bought this thing last February and was expecting it to be prorated, as in 10 months of use

Two days later I got an email saying my claim was accepted and they sent out a new replacement no problem. Well today I got a Brand New Cumberland delivered to my door. Everything, tube, bladders, apron, I couldn't be happier with their warranty!

Well Glad you got that taking care of , as you know my situation was alittle different as I had a different tube at the time and it was nothing but a hassle with 2 ripped pockets .

I am sure I will see you on the water again tubing in style my friend ,

Wes

I reckon I would have to pull out the old needle and thread, since I bought mine off of ebay. Besides that I am going on 4 years with mine.

Jerdon, how old was your Cumberland? What is the written warranty for the Cumberland tube? I would have anticipated a replacement shell only, but bladder too!

I must admit, that is a easy fix to place back into service.

The tube is 10 months old and the warranty is for one year of the purchase date. So I was expecting them to pro rate or something like that. They sent an email with a tracking number saying it was under warranty and a replacement was on the way.

I'm really happy with "CLASSIC ACCESSORIES, Inc. " right now.
