Found this bait lying on the ground at my local fishing hole, guess someone must have dropped it.  My buddy says it's a bait made by Owner.  Didn't know they made lures.  Looks great. Anyone have and use one of these?

Don't know the brand but it looks like a killer topwater, walk-the-dog bait!

I think I would put an oval split-ring on the front.
