Launched about 7:30 from the flats. Fished the quarry all the way to back of the flats. Got one on a Skinny Dipper in some flooded brush. Pounded the shallows all the way back to the entrance to the flats (two more on a Fish Head Spin). Decided to fish deep structure, mainly humps, rock and drop offs. Picked up three pretty quick on the D/S in the 15-20' range. Then fish finder decided to die, hope it is just the battery or Lowrance is going to have an upset customer. Anyway... left after that with a total six for the day. Water temp was 58 at launch and 61 when I left. Heading back out Thursday (work holiday - Woohoo!).

Great Report and awesome job on the 6 bass . It appears that the water there is doing the same as it is at Perris , 57 at launch and by noon 61 . These warm sunny days are pushing the bass into the shallows , but there are still a ton deep . Glad to see another angler not afraid to go shallow even though its winter time Thumbs Up
