Welcome to the forum Ron!

You didn't say how much your price range is, but here are a few suggestions

These will fit over the soft booties or the wader shoes she can put over the waders:
Force Fin adjustable... They will adjust to anything
Outcast Step in... Same deal, they will adjust to anything
Outcast has some new fins called Power Kick... Looks like a knock off of Force Fins.
Creek Company has some adjustable fins as well.

She can also just try on a fin over the waders at a sporting goods store of your choice.

I would recommend getting some water shoes that fit over the waders. That way the waders don't rip while walking to the launch point. For fins, I have used force fins and hotspot fins. They are both great fins. From what I've noticed, hotspot fins are only in SoCal Turners stores. Go check them out if you're local.
