Force Fins.....With Wader Boots or Booties?

With my Force Fins, I use a cheap pair of canvas shoes big enough to fit comfortably over my waders. They fit more easily in the force fins than wading boots and for me hold up better than booties. Plus, at 9 bucks a pair at Walmart, they're much cheaper than fishing specific gear. I've been doing this for over 20 years and never had a problem. The hot shots at the boat launch tend to look down their noses at me for my fly fishing fashion transgression, but i've always sort of enjoyed that
