How does a bluegill chasing get-together at lake perris sound guys?

I don't have a date, just throwing this idea out there, to see who's interested.

Panfishing is fun, been awhile since I done any. I'd be interested and an overnighter doesn't sound bad since it is a bit of a drive out to Perris.

As far as fishnaping Jeff we'll have to make it look legit so everyone wear ski masks when we taze him and throw him into LC's van.

I think if he asks really nice his wife might let him go as long as his chores are done or if he a good boy
I really don't think we have to taze him but it would be something new for me to watch lol

If we do a overnighter, to would have to be a sat-sun thing.

we could meet up at the lake in the afternoon(sat), set up camp, and have a evening tubing session and a morning session the next day(sun).

I was going to fish for Bluegill with all my trout gear but tazing the water does seem alot easier and we could all limit out at once.

If we do this I plan on catching and releasing unless we are doing a fish fry after or someone else wants em for dinner... I hate cleaning panfish it's always a pain for me or maybe I'm doing it wrong.

I hear ya about cleaning pan fish. Blue gills are sure good eatin! I always just filet them like Smiths said. I think depending on the length of this Pan Fish expo, I might bring a portable deep fryer. Make some shore lunch for you guys right with fresh pan fish! It is so good!

Damn LC that would be awesome! In the Sierras guys usually just clean trout, season them a bit then wrap them in foil and toss em in the fire for 10 min.

A buddy of mine said they sell some pan fish fillet'er you just put them inside, close the lid then make 3-4 cuts down the outside and it's all done. He looking to see if he can find one.

Trout cooked on a camp fire sounds awesome too! That is so good! Ad some carrots, some onions and season and freaking YUM! SA shore lunch of pan fish and hush puppies, some malt vinegar is the best! So good!
