Hello all. I have had two ODC 420 tubes over the last ten years. Like them but the customer service is terrible. Looking to get a new tube. I am looking for suggestions between the Cumberland and Fish Cat. I’m 5’9 160 lbs. Thanks

Welcome to the forum I agree about Creek Companies Service sub par.  So I say Cumberland both are good boats but I think the Cumberland is just the better option.

Personally, I would start with the Cumberland FT because it's affordable and it's a very good tube for beginners and for the advanced.
The Cumberland is my favorite float tube to use, so far.

Things to consider are:
Cost $, comfort, design & weight. (learned with experience)

I started out on Outcast FT's but I've been on a Cumberland for the last 4.5 years now and still luv'n it, heck ... I even been known to catch a few fish ... now and again! Cool lol

Things to consider:

1. The ODC is a little smaller and lighter than the Cumberland or the Fish Cat 4, so either will float you better.
2. The Cumberland is a little bigger than the Fish Cat 4 and has larger storage pockets.
3. The Fish Cat seems to be the best quality of the 3, but I still use my Cumberland that will be 7 years old in February this year.
4. Wild Card: The Fish Cat 5 is bigger than the Cumberland or the Fish Cat 4.

The Cumberland has won the battle on price and storage size for some time. Right now availability and price has changed the competition playing field.

I hope this helps.

Don’t forget! Cumberland boasts a 350lbs weight cap...pretty impressive for a cheaper priced tube!

Honestly with weight and size of the angler you are fortunate enough to be able to choose any of those mentioned.
Each tube has its pros and cons.
If customer service is a major factor Outcast is great. I always get feedback fast and friendly. I called for a new bladder and I had it in 3 days.
