Used to hang the landing net on the side of the left pontoon, partly submerged while fishing. The net caused a significant amount of drag on the side where the net was hanging. Started thinking of a net holder of some kind. Had some requirements; wanted it being horizontal, on the left side and not blocking the access to the dry storage box behind the seat and the rod holder either. Used 2pcs of "tool holders" or what them are called in english.. This kind:

Zip-tied them into the backrest support bar and ready:

Based on the first tests, works well. Easy to grab the net with the left hand while right hand fighting a fish with a rod. Putting the net back isn't a big deal either, can do it blindfolded already.

Hey did those rod holders come with the tube or did you find them and glue them on. If so, where did you find them?

Made them myself out of thick foam and glued them on the tube.

Those are sweet ideas. I usually just throw mine in a rod holder but then there’s one less rod I can carry . Like I need to take another rod HaHa.
