Badges for member that land legals

So I have an idea. Send in your legal catch from your tube as we will add a badge under your avatar. The idea came from a Mepps group. These have a growing list of each members catches.

If you want your badge send your catch to me and I will make you a badge and add it to your page. The idea will be on the honor system and just to show your achievements to others.

Nice I will get you the Spottie Bass and the Halibut. I need to make the Sandbass badge.

That’s quite a selection! Very diverse. Awesome. The white sea bass is badass . I remember that video from a while ago.  And the big Halibut you had to land on the beach!! Holy Crap.

Calico also called kelp bass,
Brown Checkered pattern, no spots

Spotted Baby bass  spotties,   you know well spots all over, with vertical bars, out of proportion head.

Sand bass, sandies, turd rollers, tan in color, have vertical  bars, few freckles on the face and sometimes green, yellow eyes when they spawn

Bass in big bear look like Northern strain but the mouth is much smaller than than the northern strain in barrett

My favorite bass though is the smallmouth bass in big bear/lake arrowhead (Smallies, bronze backs). Have a small mouth (haha) Dark brown, vertical stripes on the body, horizontal face paint on the cheeks.  Pound for pound great fighters, when they jump it is almost eye level in the tube and they tend to school so if you catch one, more than likely there are more.

Thank you sir I figured it was Calico just could not make out the Checker pattern and did not want to get it wrong.

Haha I don't have a bump board, and because I don't fish on tourneys (anymore) I have no proof of what keepers I have caught.  Still here is a list of keeper-sized species I have landed from a tube.  Of course some of them don't have official size limits but I am including them if I consider them extraordinarily large examples of their species.

Crappie (all kinds)
Bluegill/Sunfish (all kinds)
Blue, Channel, Flathead Catfish
Rainbow, Cutthroat, Steelhead, German Brown, Brook, and Iightning Trout

Perch

Leopard/Sand Sharks
Sting Ray/Bat Ray
Halibut
Sand/Spotted Bay Bass

Yellowfin Tuna
Barracuda
Mackerel

I don't expect any badges which is fine but it was a fun exercise thinking of all the species I have caught over 40 plus years in a float tube.

Buddy that is an impressive list and 40 years in a Float tube that is amazing. As for official proof I need none. It's the honor system here just a picture with the catch posted here and I will add your badge. The Badge idea is just for fun and to show others your accomplishments.

In the late 80s and 90s I could catch Alabama Spotted Bass, trout, and BlueGill in one outing with  green or black wooly bugger on the fly rod. I actually miss the days before the Largemouth took over.
