Play it safe

Heavy heavy winds this Wednesday night thru Thursday forecast reports of 60 to 80 mph gust probably 30 sustained just giving my heads up to my boys that might go fishing. If ur like me I hate the wind while float tube fishing shoot fishing from the shore or boat sucks when its windy

ya I had tube perris with 18mph sustained and it wasnt fun. I could only imagine how bad it would be in the harbor

Ya tubing in the wind sucks good heads up. This is the reson I want a sesom parking pass so as soon as the wind starts to kick up im out. The only thing that makes me not enjoy fishing is the wind. Even though some say they have great luck inthe most nastiest weather I never do well my self probally because I loose patients paddling my ass off just to keep in one spot

I don't like the wind my self but I do like the rain! Tubing is so cool in the rain if your prepared for it.!

The one up side is I lost about 15lbs since I started float tubin. my ohana that hasnt seen me in a while thought I was back in the gym I said nope just kicking it ILMAO just kicking it

Ya ya man I to have lost some weight! Hahahaha Kicking it in the salt. Man sometimes you get in a curent and just kick in one place for an hour!

Yea, that's why I didn't join a gym. I invested in a float tube! Lol

I tubed DPH today...calm at first then the wind picked up... i had a hell of a time kickin back...my quads are sore, my back is hurtin and i am tired!

Ill post a report later....err maybe not. 1 average spotty and a huge lizardfish....not worth reportin about.

Did i mention my calves are already sore too?

Lol it really is a good workout. Not really a hard core cardio workout or anything but it gets you moving and stuff....better than those lazy shore bound fisherman....what losers!

Those paddleboarders seem like they get a good workout too...well at least some of dedicated ones. They fly by me on my tube....give off a wake and almost flip me.

tubing is a good work out on the legs for sure i never had stronger legs in my life wow

I hate dem paddle boarders there always in the way plus there's way too many in DPH we should all head out there to tube lol

I'm still amazed how you guys kick with those small fins over long distances. Last time out I had a guy ask me if I had a motor on my tube because I had a few poles out and was just trolling around the lake.
