Rod holder/ live well help?

I would like to make a live well, but since i am young does anybody have any thing that might help. I have a general idea of what i need to do, and when i started making it my dad said that the bass can jump out. But i was under the impression that spotties will go straight to the bottom.

Also i would like to make a rod holder, this being much more advanced that a live well, does anyone have any schematics or something similar for a rod holder for float tube, i would like to make it out of pvc pipe.

this is what the float tube looks like, no room like in the fish cats to really connect from the back.

Are you coming to the HH sat night float tube get together?

that is awesome, but when in the water can the holder go back and forth or is their something at the bottom holding it in place?

Your best bet wireless is to get some bungee chord to connect the pvc pipe to the bottom of your tube....or run the bungee from the pvc all the way to the other side of your tube.

I'll use a strap up front to secure it a little more and it wont move. Like Massfisher said.

wirelessbass unless you are fishing tournaments there is no need for a livewell. If you catch any spotties PLEASE release them as quick as possible!

I use this. Easy, effective, floats and you can get it at walmart for like $12

I always put it on my lap when the dogs are around just to be safe. I could always toss them a fish if need be.

There's an idea. Sometimes I never know when those guys around until they are right next to you and you hear that well known "snort" and you jump out of your waders 3 feet. Lol!

just head down to the home depot and put it together, you can figure it out there...oh and FYI, make sure your tube is dry when you bring it inside
