Float tube strap mounts

I am looking for alternatives to these strap mounts found here [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Does any one have any thing similar in a mod they may have done. I ask this as Float tubes are a not common here in Australia and I am finding that some pieces such as strapping, manufactured holders and the like are almost immpossible to source.

Fixed the link, but, yes, that is the item.

I believe caddis is the maker of the Rod holder that is strapped to you tube like that one. But that looks very promising to say the least.

The 2 strap on rod holders I have are made by a company called White River. One of them is an earlier model and the newest one is improved and a better design. If you shop for these the newer one is more distinctive with a red colored locking lever for the angle adjusment. The earlier model was all black and not fully adjustable like the later one. You had front to rear pivoting head but for elevation chane you had to slide the strap around the tube.
