I have found for trout in WA., when it was sunny and a front came in, fishing would be marginal at best. Something about the barometric pressure.

Oh yeah it's raining. Fished last night for about an hour with no luck but it sure was a nice end to the day. Watched a guy pull a beautiful crappie, almost 2 lbs. If it keeps up all day fishing should be good tomorrow morning, being a full moon and all
