Huntington harbor 8/14 PB spotty and sandy

I woke up late ARGH look up clock reads "6:51" O $h1t I get my stuff and was off. I made it to the spot in record time 35 min. I was floating before 7:30 am. I started working the close docs bite here and there. And them I get taken for a ride!

I get broken off shortly after this vid and continue on my way.
First fish was a sandy caught on Sarah's Shad BH

Next one was almost as big as the bait, 4 in zoom fluke in rainbow trout, I pick him up on the channel crossing troll.

Had another little bitty when I got to the west side of the channel. Then I stuck my PB Sandy on the Senorita BH

then the bite went dead. I managed to pick up this Pig on the way back to my truck PB Spotty easily over 3lb's and what a great fight. I caught him on a Bay Smelt BH

This guy made it all worth it today. I still want to know what i hooked first.

Nice going out there! The fish that took you for a ride was most likely a batray. They sure do get the blood flowing when you're getting tugged around!
